My name is Alex Hahn and I'm a Fitness Mentors CPT. I’ve trained numerous clients in person and decided to take my training program online.

Most clients are tired of all this confusion to many workout programs, mine is easy to follow that's straight to the point with only a few explanations. Nothing more and nothing less. My program is short and easy to follow.
